Billing questions
Is there a free plan?
No. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial with all of the plan's features. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
Do I need a card for the free trial?
Yes. You add a payment method at checkout, and you are only charged when the trial ends. Payments are handled by Dodo Payments.
What counts as a channel?
Each connected account, page or blog is one channel. For example, your LinkedIn profile and a LinkedIn company page are two channels.
What are AI credits?
AI features use monthly credits: writing help costs 1 credit, an assistant message 5, and an AI image 10. Credits reset on the 1st of each month.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Switch plans any time from Settings → Billing. The prorated difference is charged right away.
What happens if I cancel?
Your workspace keeps its posts, drafts and settings. Channels are paused until you choose a plan again, so nothing is published in the meantime.
Is there a limit on posts?
No. Every plan includes unlimited scheduled posts, drafts and threads.
Can I run Postline on my own server?
Yes. A self-hosted Postline server without billing keys has no plan limits. See the self-hosting guide in the docs.
