Discord

#What you can post

• Text up to 2,000 characters per message.
• Up to 10 images or videos, uploaded as attachments.
• Extra parts of a post are sent as more messages in the same channel.
• Per-post setting: Post as name. If empty, Discord uses the webhook's name.

#Connect your account

1. In Discord, open Server Settings → Integrations → Webhooks → New Webhook, then click Copy Webhook URL.
2. In Postline, click + Add next to Channels in the sidebar. Only workspace owners and admins can add channels.
3. Choose Discord and paste the Webhook URL.
4. Click Add channel.

#For self-hosters

No server setup is needed. People connect with their own webhook URL.

#Analytics and plugs

Postline doesn't collect analytics for Discord yet. Plugs aren't available.

#Known issues

• The URL must be a Discord webhook URL. Otherwise you see "That is not a Discord webhook URL."
